• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Apps
• Any third-party claims

5. Medical and Financial Disclaimer

5.1 BabyBara - Medical Information

BabyBara is designed for tracking baby activities and is NOT:

• A medical device or diagnostic tool
• A substitute for professional medical advice
• Responsible for medical decisions or treatments

Always consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice regarding your baby's health.

5.2 Just Currency Converter - Financial Information

Just Currency Converter provides currency exchange rates for informational purposes only and is NOT:

• A financial advisory tool
• Responsible for financial decisions or transactions
• Guaranteeing the accuracy of exchange rates

Verify exchange rates with official sources before making financial transactions.

5.3 Frugal - Price Comparison Information

Frugal provides price per unit calculations for informational purposes only and is NOT:

• A guarantee of actual store prices
• Responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies
• Affiliated with any retailers or brands

Always verify actual prices at the point of purchase.

6. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Backing up your data regularly
• Securing your device and data
• Any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, or theft

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps and delete all copies.
